Warum geht Power Cinema nicht an?

ich habe Probleme mit meinem Power Cinema Programm. Ich habe das schon seit 4 Jahren und hatte keine Probleme damit. Bis auf heute, wo ich Playstation spielen wollte, und dann habe ich wie immer das Programm gestartet, und plötzlich kam diese Nachricht:

Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll, brauche Hilfe.

Okay ich weiß die Antwort kommt von uns spät aber besser als nie.

Ich kenne das Programm nicht aber ich empfehle prinzipiell immer wenn etwas nicht mehr geht, neu installieren. Speicher die 'alten' Sachen vorher noch einmal ab und dann probiere es nochmal. Hat bei mir schon oft geklappt.

Wenn die Sache inzwischen schon geklärt ist, geb uns bitte bescheid.
